Alicia Witt

Three years ago, after making a pilgrimage from LA to NYC, Alicia couldn’t stop writing. At the same time, out of the blue, she started to meet incredible, inspiring musicians — and people who knew incredible, inspiring musicians — everywhere she turned. After some intense writing, arranging, and practicing, she had a veritable fellowship of musicians at her disposal.

 

Her first gig was opening for Jimmy Webb at a benefit for the Rainforest Action Network in New York. Since then she has played at venues such as Hotel Café in LA and Joe’s Pub in NY, and in various other cities such as Philly and Boston.

 

Her self-titled debut EP came out last summer on iTunes, and Alicia and co. are currently recording her next releases.
